The Larizza Family

Frances Larizza is a tough as nails, pioneer of business and ahead of her time in Thunder Bay.  She is the mom of two boys, Steven and Michael who work along side her in the south core.  Frances and sons manage their properties with care and commitment to not only their tenants but with the tenacity needed to revive the south core.  Their work ethic is what sets their property management style apart from others in Thunder Bay.  With their own contracting team, they renovate to suit the needs of their clients and always have someone on hand to fix, shovel, maintain and even bring the occasional coffee!
